The Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust are looking to appoint a positive, self-motivated and consciousness Governance Professional & Company Secretary to join our aspirational central team. This is a rewarding opportunity to be a part of our growing and friendly multi academy trust.
Working in our central team, and reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, this will be an important role contributing to the provision of an efficient and professional Trust governance and Trust central team service. The successful candidate will ensure the Trust is compliant in its governance obligations, as well as provide Trust administration support at a senior level. We are looking for an individual who has an eye for detail, can meet internal and external deadlines, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We can be flexible with regards to hours of work as some meetings may occasionally run into the early evening.
Although based at the Trust central offices, travel may be required to any of our trust schools.
